While in Playa Colorado at the Iguana Golf & Beach Resort we offer the following accommodations;

1 BR/1 BA, 2 BR/ 2 BA and 3 BR/2 BA condominium vacation rentals. The condominiums are equipped with W/D, hot water, fans as well as A/C units located in the bedrooms.

We have the largest swimming pool in the Playa Colorado Hacienda Iguana development. Including an exclusive rancho equipped with wifi. Great for outdoor occassions!

We are steps from the Playa Colorado's world class waves, the mile long beach and the Hacienda Iguana Golf & Beach Resorts 9 hole golf course.

1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom

This 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom (sleeps 2 people) is a 2 storey condominium. It is equipped with a queen size bed and has a fully equipped kitchen, W/D, and an A/C unit.

2 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom

This 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom condominium (sleeps up to 4 people).

The master bedroom has king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with an outdoor patio. It is also equipped with ceiling fan and A/C unit.

The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, a ceiling fan and A/C unit.

The living , kitchen and dining areas are spacious with great natural light. There is a large balcony area, great for watching golfers on the 5th hole.

3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom

This 3 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom condominium (sleeps up to 6 people).

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a outdoor patio and ensuite bathroom. It is also equipped with a ceiling fan and A/C unit.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed. It is equipped with a ceiling fan and A/C unit.

The third bedroom has 2 single beds, and A/C unit and ceiling fan.
